1. Description of Service

ProCast provides a service for managing and syncing podcast playlists to Garmin watches. The service is provided "as is", without any warranties.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must log in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Prohibited Use, Compliance, and Google API Disclosure

You agree to use ProCast in full compliance with the Google APIs Terms of Service.

ProCast's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In accordance with Google's safety policies, you are strictly prohibited from using this service, its infrastructure, or any connected Google APIs for creating, modifying, or distributing AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII) or any other harmful content.

Furthermore, we do not use, sell, or transfer any Google user data for training or developing any artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning models.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refund Policy

ProCast offers voluntary paid subscription tiers for extended podcast synchronization features. Subscription base pricing is set in Russian Rubles (RUB), scaling from 180.00 RUB (1 month) up to 1,600.00 RUB (1 year). All financial clearing, secure payment processing, and dynamic currency conversions for international users (USD/EUR) are automatically managed by our global monetization agent, LAVALANE LTD (operating as lava.top).

By activating any subscription plan, you acknowledge and agree to the automated recurring charges governed by lava.top rules. Subscription management and cancellation can be executed at any moment within your user cabinet on the lava.top platform.

Refunds for dysfunctional or non-delivered service parameters are processed via [email protected] in alignment with payment provider transaction guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProCast, nor any of its creators, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
